Am Samstag 14.09.2024 war es endlich wieder soweit! Die U17A startete die neue Saison mit ihrem ersten Meisterschaftsspiel gegen die Skorps.
Zug United konnte von Anfang an überzeugen und nach nur wenigen Minuten im ersten Drittel fiel auch bereits das erste Tor: 1:0 Führung Zug United. Der zweite und dritte Treffer liessen aber auch nicht lange auf sich warten; mit 2 Kontertoren konnte Zug United ohne grössere Schwierigkeiten mit einem Spielstand von 3:0 in die erste Pause.
Im zweiten Drittel hatten die Zugerinnen weiterhin keine Probleme und erhöhten den Spielstand mit schönem Zusammenspiel und einigen Kontertoren zu einem 7:0. Vor der Drittelpause gelang es den Skorps jedoch noch ein Tor zu erzielen. So ging es mit einem Spielstand von 7:1 in die Pause.
Im letzten Drittel spielten die Zuger Juniorinnen wie gewohnt weiter, sie wurden jedoch von den Skorps ein bisschen mehr gefordert als in den ersten beiden Dritteln. Das Spiel war eine gute Zeit ausgeglichen. In der 58. Minute gelang es Linda Mathis, das schöne Zuspiel von Lena Stutz zu verwerten und es stand 8:1. Daraufhin nahmen die Skorps ihre Torhüterin raus. Jedoch brachte dies nicht viel und Fiona Parthey brachte den Ball 17 Sekunden vor Schluss noch ins Tor.
Somit gewann die U17A von Zug United mit einem Endstand von 9:1 ihr erstes Meisterschaftsspiel!
